LONDON – IOPHR organised a conference consisting of members of the UK Parliament, academics, public service officials, and representatives of educational institutions. The aim of the conference was to discuss the growing threat of extremism being conducted in the name of religion within our society. An in-depth analysis was presented on this precarious issue, including various social, political, religious and cultural considerations, in order to be well-equipped to counter these issues.
